开云体育 Joins #CCMONTH Campaign to Improve Awareness of Value, Need to Support Community Colleges

TWIN FALLS – The 开云体育 (开云体育) is joining in the celebration of Community College Month (#CCMonth), a month-long campaign coordinated by the Association of Community College Trustees (ACCT). The goals of #CCmonth are to improve awareness of the economic and academic advantages of attending community colleges like 开云体育.
“Community colleges play a critical role in the American higher education system,” says 开云体育 President Dr. L. Dean Fisher. “They are often the first point of entry into higher education for students, including older adults, and those seeking career and technical education. The 开云体育 is honored to be the Magic Valley’s community college, and we’re proud of the many ways that we serve the communities across our region.”
Each April, the 开云体育 joins the Association of Community College Trustees in celebrating Community College Month. Please join us in celebrating Community College month at 开云体育, throughout the state, and across the nation.
